Marty Shaw, Owner/Sales, has over 30 years in the banking and commercial real estate industry in Northeast Florida. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Real Estate Finance I worked at Cantrell Weaver Company; where I managed staff of leasing agents/assistants and facilitated acquisitions and sales of commercial properties for office, retail, and warehouse establishments throughout the Northeast Florida area. Also I administered financing, property management, and brokerage programs for the firm. From 1993-2009 I opened Skyline Realty Services; where I was the president and CEO. I established and grew a successful shareholder owned company that focused on real estate acquisition, development, construction, management, financing, and disposition of commercial properties. While there I managed portfolio properties exceeding $100M with total transaction value of $500M+.
