Tom has stayed on with the company working with Marty on the commercial side. Marty Shaw, Owner/Sales, has over 25 years in the banking and commercial real estate industry in Northeast Florida. He specializes in sales and leasing while having an in-depth knowledge of development, financing, syndication, construction and property management. Marty was a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, International Conference of Shopping Centers, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and Clay County Chamber. He was also a Board Member and Trustee of Clay County Chamber, 1993-2006; Founder and Board Member of Clay County Economic Development Commission, 1995-2000; and Officer/Board Member of University of Alabama Alumni Association, 1986-1991. Marty's favorite part of being a real estate professional is understanding his client's needs and helping them find the right property, whether commercial or residential, to make the transaction a success.
Lisa Shaw Broker/Owner, began her real estate sales career in 1995 with Atlantic Builders, at that time, the largest locally owned new home builder in the Jacksonville, Florida market. Career and experiences evolved and abilities expanded to a custom home builder, Williams and Rowe Custom Homes, for 11 years, allowing for the ability to focus on customization and customer service. Her position with Williams and Rowe provided additional skill-sets to understand the home building process from conception to delivery while working with the customer to create their home plan. Her belief has always been that she is not a Salesman ... she is a facilitator which requires that she be a good listener. She always lives by her favorite quote, “you were given two ears and one mouth, so that you will listen twice as much as you speak. She looks forward to many more successful years serving her clients.
